We Know BBQ!

George Niceley of Fleming Island, Florida took over operations of Dave’s Brick Pit (formerly Crackers Restaurant) on August 1, 2010.  George, aka King George from the Natural Born Grillers Cooking Team, has enjoyed competition BBQ cooking since 2001 and is now eager to bring his love of great BBQ to the Jacksonville area.  Since moving to Florida, George and the Natural Born Grillers Team have provided catering in the Jacksonville and the Daytona Beach area and are excited to introduce award winning Memphis BBQ to the Fruit Cove community and surrounding areas. 

Niceley’s BBQ is the first Natural Born Grillers location in Florida. 

The Natural Born Grillers won the Memphis in May World Championship in 2008 and hold more than 250 1^st Place awards, including 1^st Place Ribs for 2010.  They are a two-time winner of the Memphis BBQ Association Team of the Year and have won State Championships in Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, Missouri, Virginia, New Jersey, New York and Texas. 

We welcome you to join us to see the new décor as we continue to upgrade the restaurant and taste some great Memphis Baby Back Ribs and Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos along with all of the other great menu items.  We offer daily food and beverage specials and kids eat free every Tuesday!  Catering is our specialty, so contact us to plan your next event!
