Paul Pinkum and his family bring over 40 years of restaurant experience from their home country.  The healthy family recipes have journeyed from their country to ours and nothing has been lost in the translation.   The chef studied five years in culinary school and this level of training is evident in the quality and presentation of your meal.  You see, Thai carving began to enhance the Loi Kratong celebration.  The chef uses a variety of tools to turn fresh fruits and vegetables into works of art, carrying on this 700 year old tradition.  Each plate is a masterpiece.
