Dr. Short is a licensed chiropractor serving the greater Jacksonville area. She is Certified in Activator Methods & Atlas Orthogonal techniques, which are safe, gentle, well-researched alternatives to the traditional "cracking and popping" chiropractic style. She offers many types chiropractic to include Thompson drop, Cox flexion-distraction, and SOT blocking, as well as several types of physiotherapy to compliment her chiropractic care, including acupuncture, ultrasound, muscle stimulation, neuromuscular reeducation, PNF stretching, myofascial disruption technique . In addition to corrections for bony misalignments, Dr. Short's sports medicine and massage therapy backgrounds are used to address soft tissue injuries. She offers services for joint, knee, neck, back, hip, jaw, nerve (sciatica), shoulder, arm and elbow pain, as well as treatments for accidents and injuries, headaches, arthritis, muscle strain, whiplash, sports injuries, upper cervical issues, numbness, tingling, pinched nerves, carpal tunnel, posture, balance, alignment, scoliosis, disc herniation, repetitive stress injuries, fibromyalgia,  and spinal decompression.

Dr. Short's practice is located in Hands Feet & Beyond, a state of the art MedSpa located on Philips Highway. She schedules 30 minute visits to ensure quality patient care.
